"When will the site be ready?" — a completely fair question. The answer depends on scope, but the process itself is fairly fixed. Here is the realistic timeline, stage by stage.
Stage 1: discovery and planning (1–3 days)
We sit down (or talk on WhatsApp) and define: the site’s goal, which pages are needed, who the audience is, and the action we want the visitor to take. The clearer this stage, the faster everything else flows.
Stage 2: design (3–7 days)
We build the look and feel — colours, fonts, page structure. You approve before a single line of code is written, so there are no surprises.
Stage 3: development (5–14 days)
We turn the design into a working, fast, mobile-friendly site. This is also where forms, integrations (WhatsApp, calendar) and technical SEO come in.
Stage 4: content and testing (2–4 days)
We add the text and images, and test everything: rendering on every device, speed, links, forms. We fix the last details.
Stage 5: launch (1 day)
We connect the domain, hosting and SSL, push it live and submit to Google. The site is live.
Timeframes by type of site
- Landing page: 3–5 days.
- Brochure site (3–6 pages): one to two weeks.
- Extended / multilingual site: 2–4 weeks.
- Online store / system: one to three months.
What speeds it up? Content and images ready in advance, and fast feedback at the approval stages. What slows it down? Changes of direction mid-way and waiting on content. With me — a clear timeline set upfront, no surprises.
